By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Online Store Terms
Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent information, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access.
You must have the legal capacity or necessary authorization to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity. Such restrictions do not remove our obligations relating to existing orders or your applicable consumer rights.
Product Information
MarketPevo offers coastal and ocean-inspired home décor, including marine figurines, decorative sculptures, wall and hanging decorations, cushions, and towels.
We aim to accurately describe product dimensions, materials, available options, and package contents. Where a measurement is approximate or estimated, it will be identified accordingly. Screen settings and lighting may affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences from the product description.
Natural materials, including wood, shells, and jute, may vary in grain, texture, shape, or color. Decorative finishes may also vary where explained on the product page. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
Review product details and selected options before ordering. Only items identified as included in the product description form part of your purchase. Accessories shown solely for styling are not included unless expressly stated.

Product Use and Care
Follow the product’s supplied care instructions, warnings, and installation guidance. Use products only for their stated purpose.
Decorative figurines, sculptures, and hanging ornaments are not toys unless expressly identified as such. Keep small parts, hanging cords, and fragile decorations away from young children and pets.
Install wall and hanging decorations using suitable fixings for the item’s weight and the mounting surface. Do not assume mounting hardware is included unless the product description states that it is.
Handle glass ornaments, shell decorations, and other fragile items carefully. Stop using an item if it develops damage that could make handling or display unsafe.
Follow the stated care instructions for cushions and towels. Do not assume a textile product is machine washable, suitable for tumble drying, waterproof, or intended for outdoor use unless expressly stated.
Do not assume decorative products are suitable for food contact, use with candles, or prolonged exposure to moisture or outdoor conditions unless the product description expressly confirms that use.
These precautions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty products or inaccurate instructions.
Orders and Payments
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use an authorized payment method.
An automated order receipt acknowledges that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we send shipping confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier or applicable law requires otherwise.
Where legally permitted, we may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, such as product unavailability, material pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud. We will notify you if an issue affects your order. Material changes to the products, price, or other agreed order details require your agreement.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled products and any associated shipping charges for services not provided. Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner where legally required.
Product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly identified. The currency and total payable, including shipping charges and taxes collected by us, are shown at checkout before you place your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rates or fees.
Future price changes do not alter accepted orders.
Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and applicable customs arrangements. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. This does not remove any applicable legal delivery deadline or remedy for delay.
We will investigate delivery problems and assist with missing or damaged shipments. Responsibility for non-delivery does not automatically transfer to you when goods are handed to our carrier.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. It provides a voluntary 30-day return request period from delivery, in addition to applicable statutory rights.
For voluntary returns, we inspect returned goods and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days of receiving them. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval, or sooner where required by applicable law. These periods do not extend any mandatory refund deadline.
Our company address is also our designated return address in China. Change-of-mind returns generally require you to pay the direct return shipping costs to that address. MarketPevo covers the necessary return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Please contact [email protected] before sending a return so we can identify your order and provide instructions. This does not make prior approval a condition of exercising a statutory right where applicable law provides otherwise.
Intellectual Property and Privacy
Rights in protected website materials, including photographs, text, graphics, and designs, remain with their respective owners. Do not commercially reproduce or exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Report suspected infringement to [email protected], identifying the material concerned, its location on our website, and the basis of your claim. We will review the information and take appropriate action.
